It was encouraging to think back over the disease-related challenges we have faced in 2024, our IPC achievements within our health services this year and to share our IPC goals for the year ahead.

As we mentioned, this week is World AMR Awareness week (18-24^th November 2024).  Here is the link to the WHO campaign website where you can find all kinds of resources to help promote AMR awareness in your health service  https://www.who.int/campaigns/world-amr-awareness-week/2024. This campaign is reminding us that: Antimicrobial resistance is invisible, but its victims are not.
